A1 Pro - User guide - Care and cleaning
Cleaning your earphones on a regular basis will ensure the best possible sound performance and prevent them from wearing out sooner than expected.
Sudio A1 Pro features silicone ear tips with a built-in mesh net, protecting the earbuds from dirt, grime (and the notorious earwax), all while sitting comfortably in your ears. These ear tips can be removed from the earbuds and cleaned with water or a cotton swab. Avoid hot water though, as this can distort the size and shape of the ear tips.
Use only a slightly damp cloth when cleaning the earbuds and/or case. You can also use a fine brush or cotton swab to gently clean inside the case, avoiding damage to the charging connectors (pins). While the A1 Pro earbuds and case are splash-proof, subjecting them to high moisture levels could lead to permanent water damage.
Psst, the Sudio Care Kit is ideal for regular maintenance and includes all the tools you need to keep your Sudio earphones in shape!
Keep in mind that with time, some discoloration may eventually appear. This is most common if the earbuds or charging case continue to come in contact with dirty surfaces or materials over extended periods of time.

If A1 has previously been paired with your preferred device, simply remove the earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically connect, so long as Bluetooth is activated on the device and A1 has not been paired with a different device more recently.
Device compatibility
A1 uses Bluetooth version 5.3 which is compatible with a wide range of Bluetooth devices. The paired device does not need to be the same version, but similar versions are more likely to maintain a strong connection.
Signal interference
Some wireless devices may interfere with each others' signals, such as WiFi-routers, smartwatches, other Bluetooth devices, etc. If they operate within the same frequency, you may experience interference such as dropped sound and glitching. The easiest way to locate the cause of interference is by maintaining one connection between devices at the same time or take your A1 and connected device outdoors to see if the interference clears.
A1 can be up to a maximum of 10 meters (32 ft) from the paired device, but the connection may break if they are blocked by walls or similar objects.
Pairing with multiple devices
A1 can remember up to 10 paired devices, which means that you don't have to follow the pairing step every time you switch between devices. When A1 is turned on, it will automatically connect to the device most recently connected.
If you want to reconnect to one of your previously paired devices, please disconnect Sudio A1 first from the device you are currently using, and click "Sudio A1" in the list of the next device you want to connect.
Sudio A1 supports multi-pairing, but you can only play audio from one device at a time. (Multi-point connection is not supported.)

-
Press (hold) for six seconds on either earbud to power off both earbuds (🔈 Power Off).
-
Press (hold) for six seconds on either earbud to power on the single earbud(🔈 Power On).
A1 - User guide - Factory reset
If A1 starts behaving unexpectedly, or if you wish to remove the connection between A1 and the connected device, you can perform a factory reset to restore your Sudio A1 to its original settings. This will reset the connection between your paired devices, as well as the connection between the two earbuds.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case, keep the lid of the case open.
- Press and hold the reset button on the bottom of the case for 5-7 seconds.
- The factory reset is complete when the LED light on the front of the case starts flashing white slowly.
- Close the lid and allow 3 minutes before using the earphones again.
When you hear 🔈 Ready to pair, find your Sudio product in the Bluetooth list of your device, proceed to pair them with your Bluetooth device.
A1 - User guide - Battery levels and management
A1 has three built-in batteries; one inside the charging case and one in each earbud. The battery inside the case is used to charge the earbuds, while the included Type-C USB-cable is used to charge the case.
Charging and play times
The earbuds can be used for approximately 6-7 hours on one charge, with up to 30 hours in total before the case needs to be recharged.
Each battery takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge.
Charging methods
The A1 case can be charged with a Type-C USB-cable, wireless charging is not supported. We recommend using the Sudio cable included in the package, however, other third-party Type-C USB-cables may be compatible too.
Battery level indicators
There are four LED-lights that indicate the charging case's remaining level on the front of the case.
The LED lights up when the earbuds connect and disconnect to the case and when there is less than 25% battery remaining.
When inserting the charging cable to the case, the current battery level is displayed for 5 seconds followed by a blinking light, indicating that the case is currently charging.
In some cases, you can also read the battery level on your phone, such as iPhone or Android devices. The level shown is that of the A1 earbuds, not the charging case.
Charging case (no cable inserted)
- One light: 0-25% battery remaining
- Two lights: 26-50% battery remaining
- Three lights: 51-75% battery remaining
- Four lights: 79-100% battery remaining
Charging case (with cable inserted and charging)
- First light blinking: 0-25% battery charged
- Second light blinking: 26-50% battery charged
- Third light blinking: 51-75% battery charged
- Fourth light blinking: 76-99% battery charged
- Four lights shining: 100% battery charged
A1 - User guide - Care and cleaning
Cleaning your earphones on a regular basis will ensure the best possible sound performance and prevent them from wearing out sooner than expected.
Use only a slightly damp cloth when cleaning the earbuds and/or case. You can also use a fine brush or cotton swab to gently clean inside the case, avoiding damage to the charging connectors (copper pins). While the A1 earbuds and case are sweat- and splash-proof, subjecting them to high moisture levels could lead to permanent water damage.

Charging and play times
The earbuds can be used for approximately 6 hours on one charge (4,5 hours while using ANC), with up to 30 hours in total before the case needs to be recharged.
Each battery takes approximately 60 minutes to fully charge.
Charging methods
The N2 Pro case can be charged with a Type-C USB-cable, wireless charging is not supported. We recommend using the Sudio cable included in the package, however, other third-party Type-C USB-cables may be compatible too.

N2 Pro - User guide - Care and cleaning
Cleaning your earphones on a regular basis will ensure the best possible sound performance and prevent them from wearing out sooner than expected.
Sudio N2 Pro features silicone ear tips with a built-in mesh net, protecting the earbuds from dirt, grime (and the notorious earwax), all while sitting comfortably in your ears. These ear tips can be removed from the earbuds and cleaned with water or a cotton swab. Avoid hot water though, as this can distort the size and shape of the ear tips.
Use only a slightly damp cloth when cleaning the earbuds and/or case. You can also use a fine brush or cotton swab to gently clean inside the case, avoiding damage to the charging connectors (copper pins). While the N2 Pro earbuds and case are sweat- and splash-proof, subjecting them to high moisture levels could lead to permanent water damage.

A2 - User guide - Care and cleaning
Cleaning your earphones on a regular basis will ensure the best possible sound performance and prevent them from wearing out sooner than expected.
Sudio A2 features silicone ear tips with a built-in mesh net, protecting the earbuds from dirt, grime (and the notorious earwax), all while sitting comfortably in your ears.
While the A2 earbuds and case are splash-proof, subjecting them to high moisture levels could lead to permanent water damage.

Signal interference
Some wireless devices may interfere with each others' signals, such as WiFi-routers, smartwatches, other Bluetooth devices, etc. If they operate within the same frequency, you may experience interference such as dropped sound and glitching. For Android devices, you are able to see the battery icon on the screen, there is also a variety of third-party Android app for reading battery levels on connected devices.
If Sudio Ett is not charging properly
In some cases, the charging pins inside the case scratch the receiving pole on the earphone, leaving residue that could potentially break the connection. Gently wipe the charging pin and receiving pole with a dry cloth or a swab and try charging the earphones again. The Sudio Care Kit is ideal for this, as it comes with all tools necessary to keep your Ett in tip-top condition!
If the earphones lose battery faster than usual, follow the instructions below:
- Take out both earphones from the charging case and charge the case with the included cable separately until full.
- Make sure the cable is fully inserted into the case and that there is no dust or dirt blocking the port. Note that inserting the cable forcefully can cause permanent damage to the cable and/or case.
- Use the charging cable included in the product packaging and check that the cable is working correctly.
- Try to get power from a different source i.e. laptop charging port or from a wall outlet.
- If you have other Type C USB-cables, consider trying these and see if there is any difference.
Ett - User guide - Care and cleaning
Cleaning your earphones on a regular basis will ensure the best possible sound performance and prevent them from wearing out sooner than expected.
Use only a slightly damp cloth when cleaning the earbuds and/or case. You can also use a fine brush or cotton swab to gently clean the earbuds and inside the case, avoiding damage to the charging connectors (copper pins). Avoid using alcohol or chemicals, as this can damage the rubber coating on the earbuds and case. In some cases, being exposed to strong sunshine or high heat might alter the form of the silicon material.
Psst, the Sudio Care Kit is ideal for regular maintenance and includes all the tools you need to keep your Sudio earphones in shape!
Light-colored earphones always need to be treated with a bit of extra care.
Keep in mind that with time, some discoloration may eventually appear. This is most common if the earbuds or charging case continue to come in contact with dirty surfaces or materials over extended periods of time.

It is recommended to use the Sudio Micro-USB cable that's included in the package, but the charging case may be compatible with third-party Micro-USB cables as well.

If Tolv R is behaving unexpectedly or you simply wish to restore it to its original settings, then you can reset it. You may then proceed with pairing Tolv R again.
Tolv R - User guide - Connectivity & Pairing
Pairing Tolv R with a device
- Remove the Tolv R earbuds from the charging case and fit them inside your ears. If you want to use both, then make sure to lift the second earbud within 15 seconds of lifting the first one.
- Go into the Bluetooth settings on your device. The Tolv R earbud LED lights are flashing white and red while scanning for available devices.
- For iOS (iPhone), go to the Settings app and select Bluetooth.
- For Android, go to the Settings app, then select Connections followed by Bluetooth.
- For Windows 10, click on the Start button, select Settings followed by Devices, and then Bluetooth and other devices.
- For macOS, go to the System Preferences app and select Bluetooth.
- Locate and select Sudio Tolv R in the Bluetooth list on your device.
- When paired you will hear the audio feedback 🔈 Device Connected.
If you would like to use only one of the earbuds, you can do so by just taking out the one you want to use from the charging case. Then proceed with connecting the earbud to either "Sudio Tolv R" (Right) or "Sudio Tolv R - L" (Left).
If Tolv R has previously been paired with your preferred device, simply remove the earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically connect, so long as Bluetooth is activated on the device and Tolv R has not been paired with a different device more recently.
Device compatibility
Tolv R uses Bluetooth version 5.0 which is compatible with a wide range of Bluetooth devices.
The easiest way to locate the cause of interference is by maintaining one connection between devices at the same time or take your Tolv R and connected device outdoors to see if the interference clears.
Tolv R can be up to a maximum of 15 meters (49 ft) from the paired device, but the connection may break if they are blocked by walls or similar objects.
Tolv R - User guide - Button controls
Tolv R has a control button on each earbud that allows you to control certain features on your paired device.
Some apps, however, may not be compatible with the button controls. In this case, you are only able to control playback and calls via the paired device.
Music/video playback
- Press once on either earbud (left or right) to play or pause
- Press twice on the left earbud to rewind
- Press twice on the right earbud to go forward
Incoming phone calls
- Press once on either earbud (left or right) to accept a phone call
- Press (hold) for three seconds on either earbud (left or right) to reject or end a phone call
Power
Tolv R powers on and off automatically when the earbuds are taken out or put back inside the case. However, you can also control this without using the charging case.
- Press (hold) for five seconds on either earbud (left or right) to power on (single earbud)
- Press (hold) for five seconds on either earbud to power off (single earbud). After 5 seconds the listening mode will change, followed by 🔈 Power Off.
Tolv R - User guide - Factory reset
If Tolv R starts behaving unexpectedly, or if you wish to remove the connection between Tolv R and the connected device, you can perform a factory reset to restore your Sudio Tolv R to its original settings. This will reset the connection between your paired devices, as well as the connection between the two earbuds.
- Disconnect Sudio Tolv R from all previously connected devices, most often by clicking on the "Forget" button.
- Turn off both earphones by pressing and holding both buttons for 6 seconds.
- Start the earphones again by pressing and holding both sides for 13 seconds, until the lights stop blinking.
- Put the earphones back in the case and wait for 3 minutes.
- The factory reset is complete.
Then you can start to pair them:
- Lift both earphones from the charging case at the same time (do not lift one by one, but both at the same time) and they will be in pairing mode.
- Select 'Sudio Tolv R' in the Bluetooth list on your device.
After the factory reset, if you're seeing multiple Tolv R devices in your Bluetooth list, such as "Sudio Tolv R" and "Sudio Tolv R-L", it could be caused by having pressed the buttons directly after taking them out of the charging case, or not taking both earbuds out at the same time.
Tolv R pairs automatically when you take them out of the case, so avoid clicking on the buttons after you have performed the factory reset.
Tolv R - User guide - Battery levels and management
Tolv R has three built-in batteries; one inside the charging case and one in each earbud. The battery inside the case is used to charge the earbuds, while the included Micro-USB cable is used to charge the case.
Charging and play times
The earbuds can be used for approximately 5,5 hours on one charge, with up to 22 hours in total before the case needs to be recharged.
Each battery takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge. Also 10 minutes of charging gives 1 hour of playtime.
Charging methods
The Tolv R case can only be charged with a Micro-USB cable, wireless charging is not supported. We recommend using the Sudio cable included in the package, however, other third-party Micro-USB cables may be compatible too.
Battery level indicators
There are two LED lights on the back of the charging case. The left LED light indicates the battery level of the case. The right LED light indicates the battery level of the earbuds.
Charging case (left LED light)
- White (fixed): 70-100% battery remaining. The charging case can fully charge the earbuds 3 to 4 times.
- White (blinking): 40-70% battery remaining. The charging case can fully charge the earbuds 1 to 2 times.
- Red (fixed): 10-40% battery remaining. The charging case can fully charge the earbuds up to 1 time.
- Red (blinking): 0-10% battery remaining. The charging case is running out of battery and needs to be charged with a cable.
Tolv R - User guide - Care and cleaning

Tio - FAQ - What to do if Tio is not charging
If the red light fails to shine when attached to your charger, then there is a chance there could be a battery issue within your earphones, your charging cord, or your charging port.
- Make sure you are using the charging cable included with Tio. You can also try using a different micro USB cable if you have one accessible, however we cannot guarantee that all third-party micro USB cables are compatible.
- Make sure the cable is fully inserted into the earphones and that there is no dust or dirt blocking the port.
- Try to get power from a different source i.e. laptop USB port or from a wall outlet.
The battery meter on your phone reads in increments of 20%. So it will go from 100, 80, 60, etc.

Regent/Regent II - Features - Passive Noise Isolation
Passive noise isolation is when devices are made to naturally block outside noise instead of actively doing it with noise cancelling technology. When headphones are designed to the exact shape of your ears, they prevent outside ambient noise from entering your ears. Whether you are walking down a busy street or if you are in a busy store you can still listen to music at a lower volume level because you don’t have to counteract the sounds of your environment.

Klar - Features - Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
Klar features two audio modes that let you decide what you want to hear - and what you don't want to hear. These two modes are called Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and Normal (Off) mode.
The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) mode in Klar reduces outside noise which allows you to fully immerse yourself in your own world.
How to switch between the modes
The earbuds are in Normal (Off) mode by default, where background noise is neither reduced nor amplified. By pressing the “ANC” marked button the green light will indicate that ANC is on. Press on the button again to turn ANC off.
How does Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) work?
The mechanics behind Active Noise Cancellation is in its name. The built-in microphones on Klar listen to the noise outside and inside the headphones while using the speaker to emit the same noise - but inverted - which reduces the outside noise nearly entirely. Klar uses Hybrid ANC technology, which is a combination of Feed Forward and Feedback ANC technology.
