Signal interference
Some wireless devices may interfere with each others' signals, such as WiFi-routers, smartwatches, other Bluetooth devices, etc. If they operate within the same frequency, you may experience interference such as dropped sound and glitching. The easiest way to locate the cause of interference is by maintaining one connection between devices at the same time or moving your F5 and connected device away (outdoors or to a different room) to see if the interference clears.
F5 can be up to a maximum of 10 meters (32 ft) from the paired device, but the connection may break if they are blocked by walls or similar objects.
If your speaker is behaving unexpectedly or you are having difficulty pairing, we recommend you do a factory reset.
Follow these instructions to factory reset your speaker:

F5 is a device with a level 5 water protection rating, which means that the speaker is water-resistant. At this level, the speaker can handle exposure to low-pressure water jet spray. IPX is an official rating that is awarded by an assessment conducted by a third party organization.
IPX5 water protecting allows you to enjoy music in the shower, kitchen or even outdoors.
While it has a great water protection feature and is built for all kinds of weather, we do not recommend soaking it into water.
It may cause water damage and we are unable to cover this kind of case under warranty.
