B5 - User guide - Factory reset

If B5 starts behaving unexpectedly, or if you wish to remove the connection between B5 and the connected device, you can perform a factory reset to restore your Sudio B5 to its original settings. This will reset the connection between your paired devices.

1. Turn the B5 off by pressing on the power button for 2 seconds until you hear "Off". 
2. Press and hold the power button on the headset for 5 seconds until you hear 2 clicks.
3. The factory reset is now complete.

You can then proceed to pair the headset with your Bluetooth device.
