Our products do not have an official IPX rating unless this is specifically mentioned on the product page or in the product specifications.
However, all of our products are designed to be water- and sweat-resistant, making them suitable for everyday use and light exercise.
Please note that water- and sweat-resistance does not mean the products are waterproof. We do not recommend using the products while swimming, showering, or exposing them to large amounts of water, as this may damage the product.
Additionally, charging cases are generally not water-resistant. Placing wet earbuds into the charging case or handling the case with wet hands may cause damage to the product.
Some of our earphones feature transparency mode which is automatically activated during phone calls.
Transparency mode lets ambient noise through so you can better hear yourself speaking during phone calls.
As soon as your phone recognises that a phone call is incoming, the earphones will automatically pause what you are listening to and switch to transparency mode, then let you decide whether to answer the phone call or not.
The transparency mode will be on during the call regardless of use of ANC. When you end the phone call, the earphones go back to normal mode or ANC mode, depending on the mode you were on prior to the call.
