Device compatibility

Tre/Tretton uses Bluetooth version 4.1 which is compatible with a wide range of Bluetooth devices. The paired device does not need to be the same version, but similar versions are more likely to maintain a strong connection.

Signal interference

Some wireless devices may interfere with each others' signals, such as WiFi-routers, smartwatches, other Bluetooth devices, etc. If they operate within the same frequency, you may experience interference such as dropped sound and glitching. The easiest way to locate the cause of interference is by maintaining one connection between devices at the same time or taking your Tre/Tretton and connected device outdoors to see if the interference clears.

Tre/Tretton can be up to a maximum of 10 meters (49 ft) from the paired device, but the connection may break if they are blocked by walls or similar objects.

Tre/Tretton - User guide - Battery levels and management

Tre/Tretton has one built-in battery in the main body of the earphones.

Charging and play times

The earphones can be used for approximately 9 hours on one charge.

The battery takes approximately 120 minutes to fully charge. Tre/Tretton also supports quick charge, 10 minutes of charging gives 1 hour of playtime.

Charging methods

The Tre/Tretton can be charged with a Micro-USB cable included in the packaging.

We recommend using the Sudio cable included in the package, however, other third-party Micro-USB cables may be compatible too.

Battery level indicators

When the battery level is extremely low, the LED light indicator on the headphones will start flashing red.

Battery life status will be indicated on your smartphone for iOS and most Android devices. Since phone manufacturers have various Android devices that work differently, you can also download various battery apps on the Google Play Store.

Tre/Tretton - FAQ - What to do if Tre/Tretton is not charging

If the red light fails to shine when attached to your charger, then there is a chance there could be a battery issue within your earphones, your charging cord, or your charging port.

  • Make sure you are using the charging cable included with Tre/Tretton. You can also try using a different micro USB cable if you have one accessible, however we cannot guarantee that all third-party micro USB cables are compatible.
  • Make sure the cable is fully inserted into the earphones and that there is no dust or dirt blocking the port.
  • Try to get power from a different source i.e. laptop USB port or from a wall outlet.

The battery meter on your phone reads in increments of 20%. So it will go from 100, 80, 60, etc.
