Femtio is a device with a level 6 water protection rating, which means that the speaker is water-resistant. At this level, the speaker can handle exposure to low-pressure water jet spray. IPX is an official rating that is awarded by an assessment conducted by a third party organization.
IPX6 water protecting allows you to enjoy music in the shower, kitchen or even outdoors.
While it has a great water protection feature and is built for all kinds of weather, we do not recommend soaking it into water.
It may cause water damage and we are unable to cover this kind of case under warranty.
